[SOLVED] Acer nitro 5 (AN 515-54). 5 hard drive fails in a year

My acer nitro 5 has had 5 hard drive fails within a year of purchase... they (acer) have agreed to replace it finally... but whats the cause of this issue? any ideas?

using a sea gate hdd some 7500 rpm if im not wrong (original)
cpu- itel core i-5 8300h
gpu- gtx 1050

if hdd keep failing. it might be user issue.

might be time to get a ssd

Do you mean 7,200rpm?

Could be the heat that killed those HDDs.
