I Bought a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-54 about 6 month ago,
since i bought it it crash randomly with these messages:
unexpected_store_exception,
critical process died,
there is also some others but vary rarely happens.
unexpected_store_exception happens more then others.

specs:
OS : Windows 10 , Enterprise
2x 8GB DDR4 Ram
1TB Micron M.2 SSD
GPU: GTX 1660 TI 6GB
CPU:Intel Core i7-9750H
No AntiVirus

I updated the Drives to the latest versions but dose not work,
also tried with drives from https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7964?b=1
also tried fresh install windows without latest drivers , also did not work.
checked the M.2 And Ram health with software and thay are all fine,
tried older version of windows 10 too,
event viewer says The previous system shutdown at XX:XX:XX PM on X/‎XX/‎XXXX was unexpected.
also tried SFC /scannow and dism
updated the bios
turned off the fast startup.

also windows dose not create a minidump.
but somehow 2 times it generate the mini dump and i will attach them here
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1svV0qrW2Se8TIqPrWnkr-O3xFCcfLE7_/view?usp=sharing

the crashes happen completely random and sometimes when im gaming and sometimes when im browsing in web.
sometimes before crash all the programs and windows explorer stop responding and after a few seconds ,it crashes and Sometimes it just crash and pop's up The BSOD Screen with a noise

i just found an option called "fast boot" enabled on bios , can this cause the issue?
help me find the problem.
thank you

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  • copy that file to documents
  • upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site,
  • and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

There is a BIOS update available for your system. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Both page faults are caused by a USB device not working. Below is in reverse order, things at bottom happened first. Just read the descriptions at end of each line.
Looks like it tries to use a USB device but marks it as failed

What USB devices do you have?

Unexpected store exception. The Store in question is used by Windows to track where items are in Virtual memory. Virtual memory is the page file which is on C drive. I would do a chkdsk scan on the ssd.

critical process died, Well, it did. CSRSS.exe is the Client server, its where your user runs. If it crashes, you can't use PC and windows crashes. I don't know why it crashed. might relate to the other 2,

http://x7.a4tech.com/product.aspx?id=74#2 some of their mice have drivers, looks like this one just uses standard windows drivers.

can you run this for me, it will show me extra info besides the dump files. It creates a zip file, if you can upload that to a file sharing website, i will have a look. https://www.sysnative.com/forums/pages/bsodcollectionapp/
Just to confirm what is using that driver
i put the program in Documents Folder and Double Click it but a window popup and close immediately and nothing happens.
i searched the program name in windows start menu and the program popup and when i click it from here it starts and a CMD Shows.
but no zip file created just a folder in /Documents named SysnativeFileCollectionApp .
i zipped this folder manually and upload it.

i forgot USB is one thing I can't really see on this report... it just shows the root device

Windows update has been failing constantly on your PC for the last 4 months now. Started 15th Oct. So your on 20H1, do they release 2 versions of Enterprise each year? Might want to run Windows update troubleshooter as almost every day your PC checks and fails to update itself.

i dont know , here is the error windows gave me:
"Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x8007000d)"
it fails at 100% installation.

how can i give u the information you need about USBs?

here are a few suggestions for that error - https://appuals.com/fix-windows-10-update-error-0x8007000d/

run this, it should show you what USB devices are attached in system - https://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html
perhaps take a screenshot and upload it to an image sharing website and show link here.

i Tried method #2 and #3
#2 gave me some errors that i include in the zip file below.
and #3 did not found any issue.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aVzpaSNldzGEnv3FbwrRoCgCOJ8oQE99/view?usp=sharing
also i runned the Restoro Program and zipped some files from the issues it found.

its supposed to come with Windows Home. You would be better off with that version as at least i know how to update it, enterprise is meant to be supported by other people. Its not updated the same way. the problems might be because enterprise doesn't have same drivers as home/pro have access to.

i guess program shows any that were attached at any time. i had thought you might have forgotten it was there, people often do.
