So I bought a Acer Nitro XV272UP to go with my new RTX 2070 Windforce card. I installed the monitor today and its amazing. I got one question though, when I go to "Display" in the windows settings you have a drop down menu to select what resolution you want, seeing how its a 1440p panel 2560x1440 is the standard res and it says recommended next to it but, you got one option above that as well somehow that says 5120 x 2880, but what is this? This is a 1440p panel, is this windows being janky?
Here is a link to a screenshot of what I mean.
Hope you guys could shed some light on this, because on my other screen screen next to this one (my old primary screen) it shows me 4k res (its actually a 1920 x 1080) so 1080p would be "recommended" like in the picture above but 3840 x 2160 would be above that. So I guess its a windows bug? Because there is no way my old screen was 4K x)
