Acer predator g3-710 won't boot

After change my mother board to another case my pc boot and enter to Windows once but after try to turn on the pc just won't boot I tried everything even change back to the old case but nothing any idea?

You're going to have to double-check and make sure everything is properly connected(possibly disconnect/re-connect cables). Make sure the motherboard stand offs are installed and that the motherboard is not touching anywhere against the case housing.

ok the pc give life signals kind of, now i have to plug in the hdmi port (i use the dvi), i have to plug another screen on the hdmi for the pc boot, and after that i can unplug the hdmi but if the pc sleep o i turn it off the problem came back

another discovery of the problem the secondary screen is a tablet like wacom cintiq and the pc only works when boot connecting the usb from that screen (that usb is for the pencil can work)
