Question Acer predator xb321hk buttons stopped working

So, I just bought new monitor (Acer predator xb321hk). Hooked everything up and turned it on. Started looking into it's setting and suddenly 3 buttons stopped working. Tryed pressing first and last button and turning something off (I read it on google) but it didn't helped. I will probably go return it but meybe there is any other methods to fix it? Because several buttons are inactive.

Have you tried unplugging it completely from PC and from wall-socket, let it be for a couple of minutes, then plug it all up again?

If no change, return it.

Yep, I tried. Buttons start working for like 10 minutes and then they stop after. I even tried to set to factory settings but nothing happens.
