Acer set up defaults [SOLVED]

Does anyone know what the setup defaults are on an Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575G-53VG Laptop? What does it include? What will happen if I select this option in BIOS?

Why do you want to load bios defaults?

Loading bios defaults just resets bios and any changes done within like overclocking / boot priorities like booting from another hdd or usb stick will revert back to the way it was originally configured. Another reason to reset a bios is if firmware was updated or hardware upgrades.

Laptop bios configuration is pretty standard so resetting it shouldn't compromise the operating system.
