[SOLVED] Acer Spin 3 won't turn on after loud "pop" sound ?

About5 days ago I noticed my Acer Spin 3s build quality was deteriorating (bends, cracks etc.) and I just shrugged this off as the laptop still worked fine.

Just 2 days ago there was a loud “pop” sound below the keyboard and 20 seconds later the computer shut down unexpectedly and won't turn on again.
I also noticed that the frame that the keyboard sits in has been moved upwards but hasn’t brought the keyboard with it.


The laptop is also still able to charge to full capacity as shown by the lights near the power button.

Any help or repair tips is greatly appreciated

If the keyboard frame is distorting, the battery likely expanded. Need to open it up and check the interior for issues. Laptops don't bend and crack on their own with normal use.
