Hi all. My Acer swift 5 laptop has a problem where it from time to time will lose connection to my usb mouse, requiring me to replug it to get it back. Also, on a more regular basis, it will go through a bad patch where getting a WiFi connection (to any router or mobile hotspot) will be a nightmare. And even if it does get a connection, won't always hold it.
The wireless thing is not specific to a device or isp, I have tried different ones and different technologies completely. Same for the mouse.
The problem is almost certainly related to the laptop itself (I have had it for a good couple of years of intensive usage now).
Any ideas?
The issue do seem to be aggravating with time.
