Question Acer Switch One BIOS

I've been wanting to try to make this into a windows 10 64bit or maybe even windows 8.1 or 7 if available but I can't seem to access anything even a usb that came from Rufus don't work because it doesn't read on booting (the usb is not broken), How do I access Advance mode on this?

Create your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

As for the OS, the laptop comes with Windows 10 Home;

Press and hold down the shift key when you hit reboot, you should see a blue screen with options>Use a Device>You should see a list of options for your bootable device.

I saw the list of options for my bootable device, and put usb hard disk on the #1 but it doesn't seem to work boothing there
