Any help on the following would be appreciated,
I have a Acer xc-703 with 1 4gb RAM onboard, with this, the system works fine. According to the 703 manual this pc can take 8gb in total. So, I have bought another 1x
CRUCIAL 4GB DDR3 RAM 1600MHz, PC3-12800 SODIMM 204-pin, CL-11, Unbuffered, 1.35V
The problem is my pc will only boot with either one of the RAM inserted, with both my pc beeps as normal, then I get a black screen.
I have already removed the CMOS battery for 10 minutes and then tried again = no difference.
The bios version on my pc is b11-p1 which was released in 2014, so this looks new. Not sure what to do, any ideas guys?
