ACER XC600 Upgrade suggestion?

So I made a small savings. Can you suggest an upgrade on my pc I will make it a mid range gaming pc that can make fallout 4 in high settings or any other games.
My pc is a Acer xc600
Processor=i5-3470 3.2 GHz
Vcard= Geforce 605
Ram=4gb
PSU= 220W

Im planning to replace the GPU for an EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW 2gb . Should the GPU work on the MOBO? Shall i replace the CPU case? and should i replace the PSU? Will the upgrade be possible? any suggestion would gladly be appreciated.

you will need at least a 350 watt PSU, every thing else on your build will work fine, you might want more RAM if you have a 64 bit OS though. CPU case = CPU?

Tnx for the reply. Im planning to use the motherboard that came from acer and put in on a new Tower case. Im doubting that the new GPU wont work on my motherboard. Should i replace it too and use the same processor?

I think your motherboard and CPU will be quite compatible really I see no reason to swap them out yet.

Case is optional unless your GPU will not fit, and RAM is optional too, just recommended, PSU ans GPU =yes
