ACHI vs UEFI which one?

Just installed a new HDD and want to load Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS. I know I need to change the boot order so the PC boots from the DRW drive with the OS installation disc in it. When I enter BIOS, then boot options, I see the following selections for the DRW drive:

UEFI: ASUS DRW-24F1ST a

ACHI: ASUS DRW-24F1ST

I am unsure which one to select for the boot process.

i changed my boot option from uefi to achi and now my windows boot properly
