If you won the silicon lottery, you could maybe push to 1900, on the IF, for 3800mhz ram. Frankly, it isn't worth it. If you really want to play with ram, for more performance. Look up the Ryzen Dram calculator, and learn how to use it. You will gain more from timings, than speed alone.
