Acoustic echo cancellation not working?

I just wiped my PC and got everything re-installed.
However, now the RealTek Acoustic Echo Cancellation and Noise Suppression are not working?
It was cancelling out all sounds my computer made very, very well. It's not filtering anything out at all anymore...

Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds like your drivers weren't properly installed then, try downloading and re-installing the audio device drivers.

The fix was actually going back to some very old drivers. I tried re-installing the newest ones multiple times, as well as trying multiple different new versions. All the new ones worked correctly for everything BUT acoustic echo cancellation. The ones that actually worked were designed for Windows 8.1...
