Question ACPI bios error need help

Hey guys so i was playing a video game couple days ago and mid game my mouse and keyboard stopped responding. Game was still running smoothly in background but I did a hard reset and came upon this ACPI BIOS ERROR blue screen of death. I have diagnosed it in every possible way you can think of.
I’ve replaced my Mobo
Bought two new sticks of ram
Flashed my bios to most updated one
Reset cmos by removing battery and jumping it
I tried to do a fresh start on my pc and am now unable to download windows.
Windows repair doesn’t work and goes straight from that to blue screen
I’ve made sure every cable is properly inserted and every part is properly inserted.

could it be my cpu? I have literally tried every Google search tactic on the internet have probably spent around 15 hours trying to figure this out.

How do I provide mini dumps?
And how do I fix corrupt drivers if I can’t access windows?
and yes I did a clean wipe and tried to install windows but it will not allow me to
