ACPI x64-based PC

Guys, how can I update my processor? I already updated the bios and the chipset. I only have a little knowledge on computers, but I think my CPU's driver is outdated. It's as you can see on the screenshot, the driver date is only 2006. I think it's connected on the ACPI 64-based PC, because it has the same date. Guys, please help me 🙁
