Question Acrylic Pro - where to enter license key?

Hello, noobie in trouble, first post.

I bought Acrylic Pro in the hope of monitoring all devices connected to my Windows 7 WLAN.

They sent me a license key to enter into my account.

When I open my account, there's no text field to enter the key.

The Activation Instructions are vague 🙁

Can anyone help?

I searched the name Acrylic Pro and it comes back as a tile adhesive....

Since I don't have an account it is not giving me much info from the licenses and activation support page:

Acrylic Wi-Fi Professional, Heatmaps, Sniffer, Bluetooth LE licenses (acrylicwifi.com)

States that support will get back to you within 72 working hours...so next Wed, probably.

Yes, I sent a message to Support a couple hours ago. At over 80 yrs old I probably missed something. Their site is none too easy to navigate.

Well, I got 'er done.

The license key is pasted into the app when it's open on one's computer. But, duh, I had only down-loaded the free version which has nowhere to paste the key.

So I had to download the Pro (pay) version and lo there was place to do it.

Can't say that I am enamored of the app.

All I want is something that lists all the the connected devices with IP, MAC, name, on/off status and their CURRENT BIT RATE. Grump.

FING on a tablet will find most things. Bit rate will depend on whether the WIFI hardware reports that info.
