Actiontec C1000A Modem not saving rules

I need to forward some ports on my actiontec c1000a router/modem. What happens is when I create the rule I then click Apply and it goes to the saving rule page; however, when it comes back it appears the rule didn't save at all(it is not in the port forwarding list). Why won't it save??

OS: Win 7 64 bit

Since no one has responded I can imagine there may not be enough info. What else do ya need? 😀

I had same problem, I was using Firefox, Iused IE and the rules were saved.
