Hello everyone, first post here.

I would like to ask you help for a simple matter: I cant activate G-SYNC on my monitor. The monitor I just bought:

http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/UM.FB0AA.A01

and this is a screenshot of my nvidia control panel:

Im running Windows 10 - 64bits, with i7 4790k, 16GB RAM, GTX 770. Im using a displayport that came with the monitor, and I uninstalled and performed a clean install on the driver.

Any help?

In the Nvidia Control Panel; go to the sidebar, expand the "Display" section, and select "Set up G-SYNC". This will open a page with a check box that says "Enable G-SYNC" right at the top. Check this box to enable G-Sync. G-Sync will want you to disable 3D Vision if you have it enabled via a popup message, just hit "Yes" to enable G-Sync.

i found this on google

I posted a screenshot of my Nvidia panel, I dont have that option of Setup G-Sync

i watched a youtube video about this monitor, and g sync is on out of the box, you can check it by doing this:
go into monitor menu, now select ulmb mode.
and now it should say "ulmb mode is not possible in gsync mode."

if not then your g sync is indeed off

Acer admits that there were 2 models of xb240h.one with and one without gsync. The one with gsync has an 'A' suffix (xb240h-a). They stated they were working on a packaging fix and would alert their distributors. They also admit to the model numbering confusion.
