I got my windows 10 activated when I upgraded from windows 7 a few days before the free upgrade got unavailable. I was using this:
Processador Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G4400 @ 3.30GHz Placa gráfica NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Sistema OSType64BitX64 RAM 4 GB
and got this:
Processador Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz Placa gráfica NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Sistema OSType64BitX64 RAM 16 GB
When I first booted there wasn't any problem, but the other day that message appeared:

When i run troubleshoot is says it wasnt possible to activate windows in this device. Whaat can I do ?? Thx

Solution

Start windows with old hardware.
Link windows license to your microsoft account.
Install fresh windows on your new hardware.
Use activation troubleshooter to transfer license to your new hardware.

Now, your only recourse is to call MS and throw yourself on their mercy.

Before the hardware change, you could have done this:
