So when the Windows 10 came out I did like a billion others and got it for free. But for varius reasons I didnt like it. So I Googled for a bit and then found out that you can downgrade again! So i did that, but then I noticed. It isnt the real windows!!! It was this test version that there is no background and it says its fake. I had windows 7 (ultimate i think) before. and now i want it back.

I went back to Google and found my product key secretly hidden on my computer. so i typed it in where it said type in an another product key (It wasnt in english so it is a rough translation) and the error code: 0xC004E003
It means that license validity interval has expired, or the license is not signed correctly.

And then i found 3 ways to get it back:
1# What i did above. Wich didnt work

2# Restore the system to an earlier time, but i there wasnt any saves. So that didnt work either

3# Use the automated telephone system wich i think will work IF I JUST COULD FIND IT!! i pressed click here to activate windows now in the windows activate section. and then it says: "click Show me other ways to Activate." There is no such option!

And one more thing, I do not have a windows 7 system disc if you wonder.

So please help as soon as possible. Thanks :)

Windows 7 Ultimate, bought from 'some guy'....that almost always leads to a not-valid Windows 7 Ultimate license.

Win 7 U is actually quite expensive. People don't just give them away.

Yes my windows was fully activated and working, and now that i rang the number it said that i should have a activation number. where can i find that?

That 'activation number' that you entered when you first installed the OS.
Or, failing that, the activation number that you retrieved before you did the Upgrade to Windows 10, and wrote down on a piece of paper.
Or, failing that, ask whomever you bought it from. They may still have a record of the license key they sold you.

Where did this Win 7 Ultimate come from?

I bought it by a guy that builds computers so it can be a hassle, so he probably didnt save the code
