I was playing on my dekstop like always , suddenly my monitor lost signal and my game froze so i had to force restart my computer using power button .
temperatures were normal , no critical signals so i would assume it was a gpu/ram fail .
Anyways when i tried turning the computer on by pressing the power button nothing happened,
The pc was power on but there was no signal on the monitor and the fans were turning very fast . i removed the CMOS Battery and i tried restaring again , but this time i received this message which is shown after the HP Bios Logo for a small duration ( 1 sec ). and my pc keep rebooting in an infinite loop after showing same message :

I tried removing my graphic card / swapping RAMs but unfortunately nothing worked .

6gb ram ddr3
gtx 750ti 2gb 2fans.
