Activation key for windows 7 ultimate

My PC's screen has turned black but at the lower right side of the screen there's a massage that shows the window is not genuine, how do I get activation key to make it genuine?

Where did this Windows install come from?

Prebuilts (i.e. Dell, HP, etc.) should have it on the Windows 7 tag on the top/back of the machine, or possibly on the box the restore disc came in.

Otherwise, check the box/disc case that you bought.
