Just another one of the many scam sites.

You can install and run Win 10 for free. Accept the small restrictions, and it will run just fine.
Until later, when you decide to buy a valid license key for it.

Additionally, the OS is not 'expensive'. It is just as much a part of your system as is the RAM or GPU.
If you came across a site selling 16GB DDR4 for $30, you'd run away laughing, right? You'd know it was a scam.
Software is no different.

I have to agree on that. Just wondering. What worse could happen when buying from this site? Only last for just a year? Or something?

If that long. At best you'd probably get 6 months. There's a few issues with these sites:
1. The keys are often resold in violation of the licenses covering them, which for corporate users means huge liabilities and for personal users means they only get until the next cleanup or VLM check, maximally 6 months.
2. Keys are often sold to multiple people. MS catches these pretty easily and deactivates them.
3. Often, the keys are purchased using stolen credit cards and then resold. Once the chargeback occurs, the key gets cancelled. The marketplaces don't care though because they still get their permission. This is particularly egregious on sites like G2A, as it's often indie devs getting slammed this way. Either way, you wouldn't want to support subhuman thieves, would you?

Symptoms of purchasing a key from these sites include: Losing the purchase price when they take it and run. Most of them have notoriously bad customer service and they will stonewall you with every trick in the book. The whole reason these keys are so cheap is because they assume no liability - which protip, if they charge insurance JUST for what should be the baseline service of making sure their product is valid and works.
