Actually I am installing the windows 10 and accidentally I turn my system shutdown now I open it it only shows Dell on screen. So please help me to start my PC. The sounds are coming from background is indicating that the PCis running in background.

that's not surprising, win 10 won't boot if its not fully installed

what were you installing off? Should be able to go into bios and set USB or DVD to first in boot sequence and see if it continues install but I suspect you better off using http://www.dban.org/ on the drive and fresh installing win 10

if you don't have a Win 10 installer, , download the Windows 10 media creation tool on another PC, and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Actually i can't understand
