acu.exe has stopped working. What the heck is up with this?

I deleted it completely and re downloaded it and it still does not work. I downloaded it on my other SSD and it still des not work, I downloaded it on 2 of my friends PC and it does not work. I know Ubisoft is the worst gaming company in history but i did not expect them to get his bad. They even use the garbage of Uplay to launch it. I just got the game and put 10 hours into it than i can not play it. I have the ACU shortcut in a game folder i keep all of my games in and one day i went to move the folder and my PC does not allow me to move ANY sort of Files, Videos, Pictures, music or anything else without copying it so i am forced to make a copy of everything and anything i wish to move so maybe this is what screwed my ACU up is when i wanted to move the ACU shortcut to my desktop from the game folder. Please someone help me out i am so furious not being able to play this new game i bought. And i can play it i could play it at a constant 40 FPS on Custom setting which is the same as Ultra exept better due to using MSAA8X instead of MSAA4X.

Yes i already said that. I tried that 5 times.

Try modifying the ACU.ini located in \Documents\Assassin's Creed Unity.
change the line WindowMode=2
to read WindowMode=1

the game wouldn't even launch and this solved my case of ACU.exe has stopped working.
