AD netlogon failure

I have a situation where i am noticing that only on one day a week, my win2k3
AD Operations master server won't accept logon requests or drive mappings.
When i restart the server it's fine until that some day the following week.
The directory service log only shows warning 1173 source ntds general,
exception e0010004, error value -1102, interrnal id 2080495 . I have
applied the hotfix that upgrades the ntdsa.dll to version 5.2.3790.131.
Don't see anything of significance in the other logs. When the server is
down, it fails on dcdiag test netlogons with the message 'a net use or policy
operation failed with error 64. The specified network name is no longer
availiable'. And on test machine account with the same message plus 'could
not get netbios domain name, can not test for host spn 'missing spn (null)'.
And on Dc test list 'failed to enumerate dc's by using the browser'.
Wondering what other tests i can run or what might be the case here. Thanks

Take a look at the following:

http://www.eventid.net/display.asp?eventid=1173&eventno=2345&source=NTDS%20General&phase=1

And, what I think that you already have....

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=834926

There might be a clue in the MSKB. Were there - or are there currently -
any child domains?

Thanks. Already looked at the eventid link though and all of those tid's
don't really shed any light(all of those are for win2k and my dll versions
are already newer than the hotfixes referenced in those tid's). There are no
child domains and there haven't been any. I'll check out the other links.
Thanks

Since it is WIN2003 you might want to post this to the 'WIN2003' news group.
I am sorry but I have not worked with WIN2003 much so I can not be of much
help.

Are there additional Domain Controllers in the environment?
