Hi:

I found that Win98 cannot be shut down with the card installed even with the latest bios (m/b and scsi card) and
drivers installed. But Win2k is ok.
I'm using P3B-F and Win98.
It seems the problem is with the scsi card, I thought it is power management related.
can anyone help?

It could be sharing an IRQ with the wrong thing-try setting your BIOS to configure PNP devices instead of the OS.
