Do I need this?

I recently bought a secondhand computer and the above was in it so will I need it?

Is anything connected to the SCSI adapter? If not, then you can remove it.

Old Ultra160 card, as he said, unless you have a scanner, tape drive or any other external device connected or internal hard disk, pull it.
