I have a new Fujitsu esprimo p910-l mother board “D3162” power supply DPS-250AB-62A (280W )
I am not satisfy with Intel integrated power on the MB , so I already have GTX-650 GeForce.
So I want to replace my power supply with one can cover the power needed.
Also I have 500W Hec power supply.
I want to remove DPS-250AB-62A and replace it with Hec power supply.
The problem is DPS-250AB-62A is 16 pin and Hec power supply is 24 pin.
How we figure this problem.
I cant find anything compatible with my motherboard or is there some kind of adapter for a 24 pin to 16pin? Please advise as I cant find any good solutions.

cant say - 16 pin is not the norm. like with some dell/ prebuilt [hp-dell-acer-ect..] parts it can be proprietary ..

you pretty much stuck with the factory proprietary psu that they made for that or try the adaptor and hope for the best .. for all you know the ''key'' fit is not even the same as well or if the pin out is as well??

see if whats said here can help ?

''However, it states " not supported by standard Power Supplies''
also
suggests that it's a 12v-only motherboard, which might imply that it uses the 16-pin connector on Wikipedia
