Hello,

I'm trying to figure out if I can use a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter to power my GPU.

I have this PSU (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00918N4A0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_6.J3FbCSB7T96?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) which is a semi-modular PSU. The built in GPU cable is a 8 pin + 6 pin combo cord, but my GPU requires a 8 pin + 8 pin connection. Can I use a 6 pin to 8 pin adapter for the 6 pin piece? Or should I just run a separate 8 pin cord directly from the PSU?

This is the GPU that I have for reference (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/msi-nvida-geforce-rtx-3060-ti-ventus-2x-oc-bv-8gb-gddr6-pci-express-4-0-graphics-card-black/6441172.p?skuId=6441172)
