Adapter for Samsung HS12YHA HDD

I am looking for an adapter for a very small hard drive, from a MacBook Air, I think, to my PC:

a Samsung HS12YHA HDD, looks like this, to connect to my laptop.

One shop said I need a zif 1.8 adapter. Online, I see the term 'PATA'. I also see https://www.hdsentinel.com/storageinfo_details.php?lang=en&model=SAMSUNG%20HS12YHA

I have a "unitek Y-3322.a USB3.0 to IDE+SATA Adapter".

Anyone know what I need to connect this small hard drive to my PC?

Which revision is your Macbook Air? There are a number of guides on the www regarding retrieving data on the drive but it varies per the generation of the iPod. Yes the drive is also found on iPod's.

thanks for the suggestions. I don't remember the version, I took out of someone's computer years ago. Just wanting to erase so I can sell it or give it away.
