Question Adapter not found 0fl01

So i bought this 2nd hand rx 480 for 70€ which had an error code 43 and as far as i understood it was a problem of a missing bios of some sort, so i tried to flash a bios of which i am certain off was the right one because there was only 1 available. It obviously didn't work. So far I've tried using the igpu to log on the pc which was successful after getting a bsod and installed rufus and the backed up bios. I wanted to flash it back on but now i get the error code 0fl01 adapter not found. I've tried basically all i could find on the internet, but nothing seemes to work.

Any ideas on what to do?

Sounds like either you've not entered to command to select the appropriate GPU (probably GPU2 if using an iGP) or there's some kind of conflict going on.

I've seen this once before, and don't recall how it was fixed..... Pretty sure it was either removing all trace of an AMD driver/software with DDU, or flashing in SafeMode but I'm not sure.
