Adata 720 storage

Hello good day.. I just wanted to ask why my adata 720 hard drive cannot be seen in my computer but when u open it in control panel devices and printers u can see it.

When you say it's not seen in the computer do you just mean as a drive letter in the My Computer list of drives or it's not even showing up in the BIOS or in Disk manager? Did this recently happen or always been that way? Try another cable of port? Check if it simply needs to be formatted or a new partition created in Disk Manager?
