ADATA Classic CH11 dead

My ADATA Classic CH11 has gone completely dead and I have loads on info on there which I can not afford to lose - can someone please advise how I can get it to start working - there is no sound or light or vibration its completely dead - please help

You will have to take it to a professional hard drive recovery place - and be prepared for it to be expensive....

Not necessarily... but if anyone can...

Find the right company (have a search on the web) and they will give it the best possible shot

And in future, get a backup plan in place...
