Are you stuck with those 2 as only choices ?
Ryzen works best with 3600MHz with as low Cl as possible. Cl 16 or 17 even 18 is just fine, Make and model are not too important specially with entry level systems and CPUs. like that.
Taking into account what you can do and/or play with that CPU and integrated graphics even best RAM is not going to make any difference.

no, but many of the ram models that tomshardware review are no longer available in my country.

I want to increase the game fps (genshin impact and other) by upgrading my ram.

but not by using an additional gpu. (PSU with small watts and often bad electrical problems)

for now I use cheap ram 3200 cl20.
