recently got the adata 128gb sx300 msata ssd for my alienware m14xr2 laptop. I installed windows on the ssd and everything was fine but after less than a month I started getting BSOD and my ssd died. The replacement ssd held well for two weeks and now I get BSOD again, so it may die soon too. Is it just bad luck with faulty ssd or my pc is killing them?

It may be a bad port on your laptop or the power supply. You can do a MEMTEST86 to check the RAM. It's may be the reason for BSOD's

Even if you get one error on running this program replace your RAM ASAP. Good Luck.

Nope. Memtest and alienware bios diagnostics tool are showing my RAM is OK. BSOD's are from the ssd, as I dont get them when using my hdd. I also got two dead ssd's in row. It's either very low quality from A-data or the mSata port is faulty. How can it be faulty and how to diagnose it?
