[SOLVED] Adata not showing ?

Hi, im having trouble with a pc that im building i just finish it 2 days ago and it turn fine everything is good but when i turn it on and conect the usb flash drive to boot it in the boot menu doesnt show my adata hardrive so i can save the boot i try checking and bought another hardrive and it shows on storege info it shows the memory so ik is not damage but doest show it on the boot menu on the side to boot it to the memory and creat window next day i wasent turning on do to rams not rurning on this was causing the computer to turn on off quickly and if i tey moving rams while turning it on they will turn on then off quick are my rams damage and is this the cause for my storage not to appear to be able to boot on bios and creat window ????
