adata s102 64 gb 3.0 windows not recognized

hi,

my s102 64 gb 3.0 usb not working with my front usb 3.0 but work fine with 2.0 also with 3.0 back of the case ... when i bought this usb it was work fine with my front 3.0 but after first format all that happend i formated to ntfs and exfat32 doesnt work anymore ... i went to install adata online recovery then it back it for the first format fat32 then i plug it to front usb 3.0 still not work too .. finaly i got another usb 32 3.0 and it works fine front or back usb 3.0 the problem only with my adata s102 64gb 3.0 .. i hope u find me answer because i really tired from it

,the pic show what happend when i try to connect at front usb 3.0 , also i wanna understand if its necessary to install pci simple communication ? and why .
