Question Adblock with Safari

Does anyone else have any issues with this App? It keeps crashing on me.

What version of Safari, and what version of MacOS are we dealing with?

Using Safari 12.0.3 with MacOS 10.14.3.

I am having the issue related to the iTunes as I am being unable to use the iTunes account on the browser due to the adblock plus. The adblock is not letting me to get the access of the iTunes and giving me iTunes error 9.

I am not sure I understand the question Tommy. Adblock is for the browser, not iTunes.

I assume you have the latest version of Adblock as well? Also, have you noticed any pattern as to when it crashes?

1.18.1. Although I use the gold paid version. I got since it allows some additional features. The Icon portion of it crashes.

I am open to using another App. I simply want to block all the advertising.

I even completely uninstalled and reinstalled and it still crashes when I go to virtually any site.

Finally got my Mac issue sorted and was able to get it installed, but this is very odd. If you open Safari and go to Preferences > Extensions, are both the Adblock Icon and Adblock Engine entries checked on? I got it all set up on mine (same versions of all software you mentioned above) and I'm not running into any crashes.

I actually reinstalled the OS through internet recovery and Adblock still crashes for me.

It looks like it is the upgraded version that keeps crashing. I upgraded to Gold hoping to have additional blocks but that just ads features.

See if there are any crash logs for Adblock under ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports. Might help figure out why the app keeps crashing.

There is. Sent to them. Thank you. It only crashes on certain sites. I had 1.18, they updated to 1.19, but said they also have 1.19.1, but I don't see that available yet. Crashed when I came onto Tom's.

try some other ad blocking extension if Adblock is crashing, check extensions on safari browser and make sure to see ratings and reviews before installing.

Thank you. I have looked at others. AdBlock has been a great resource. Its been updated and getting better.
