add 2gb to 4gb of ram

i want add 2gb of ram Hynix HMT325S6CFR8C-PB / PC3-12800S-11-11-B2 in my laptop Acer Aspire E5-573G with already 4fb of ram Kingston ACR16D3LS1KNG/4G but it doesnt works. any advice?

If the machine will not boot at all with both sticks installed, there's not much that can be done. Things like this happen when mixing RAM sticks.
But if it boots, you could try to go to BIOS and increase RAM voltage (just a tiny bit) and maybe, maybe that could help.

it boots and works but always with only 4gb supported . my acer laptop bios dont have voltage set i guess.

Memory is guaranteed to work in the form it is sold and not in any other combinations. I suggest you buy a matched pair of modules sold in a single package.
