We are buying a new server, and putting 2000 adv server on it.
Problem is, the second processor is on back order.
Can We install 2000 adv server with one processor, and when the other one comes in, pop it in?
I have the idea that windows uses a different kernel for multiple processors, so it would have to be rebuilt.
Someone who has done this before, or knows FOR SURE please respond. We will not have the opportunity to rebuild this server once it has been built up the first time.
