I've recently built a new gaming PC, but I've hit a bit of a snag. I realize that I don't own any wired headphones except the pair that came with my phone. I bought a small and cheap USB Bluetooth adapter, but I'm wondering if PCI is a better solution, and if there are any inherent benefits to PCI over USB. Thanks!

Generally, getting components that are connected directly to the motherboard are better. However, in this case, USB (especially 3.0), you will rarely notice a difference. However, there is a always a delay with video/audio to headphones over bluetooth. If you can, I would recommend getting a separate headset with it's own USB dongle.
