Question Add few IP address to Windows 10 whitelist and a folder which can be trusted in Windows 10 ?

I am using grammarly and they suggested to add few ips to whitelist.
How can I do same on windows 10.

capi.grammarly.com (ports 80 and 443)
data.grammarly.com (ports 80 and 443)
auth.grammarly.com (ports 80 and 443)

Also I want to add grammarly exe file and folder to not getting scanned for viruses
(enable whitelist to entire folder)
