[SOLVED] Add pistols to the BF4 campaign? Mods?

Hi everyone.

Just wondering if anyone had figured out a way to add pistols to the Battlefield 4 Campaign. I hear you can create a user config file but i can only find scripts for unlimited ammo and health. Also apparently Dice never released any modding tools for the frostbite engine. I was thinking maybe there is a way to swap or rename some of the weapon files for SP and MP.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, DICE let us down when they switched to Frostbite. I use to mod 2142.
