Can i add more RAM? And if yes, how much can I do? Do I need to add upgrade parts if i need more RAM?

You can try but no guarantees it will work. Even buying the exact same make and model is not guaranteed to work without issues, only RAM bought as a matched kit is guaranteed to work together. The closer the specs are of both sets the better your chances of it working. However the best option is selling what you have and get a matched kit of ideally 2 sticks (2x16gb). Running 4 sticks has a greater chance of not reaching higher speeds.

No, just buy another RAM and instal them on the available slot.
But like @sizzling said, it's recommended to use RAM kit instead mixing RAM.
