After adding RAM my PC won't boot. What's more taking out the new stick doesn't fix the problem. The fans all work properly and the PC is connected with HDMI to a monitor. The specs are:

ASROCK 110M - DVS
INTEL I3 - 6100
GTX 950
TWO IDENTICAL GSKILL DDR3 RAM STICKS (bought separately)

Here is what I've tried so far.

1) Removing the CMOS baterry .
2) Try each stick in each slot .
3) Removed everything but the CPU and replugged it.

None of that worked.

Unfortunately, I don't have a MoBo speaker. Is there something I am missing or I destroyed my MoBo? I already read the guide of Tom's to no avail. The PC worked perfectly before trying to add RAM.

Remove the CMOS battery and replace it after 15 minutes.
Try and work with only one stick of ram and populate it in the slot as stated in your manual(denoted by DDR4_A1).
Mind sharing a link to the ram you bought, further an image of both sticks of ram you purchased?

Can you get to BIOS? If so see if you can update your BIOS to the latest revision.
Might also b worth it to inspect your CPU and it's socket for any bent/broken pins.
