System:

CPU - FX 6300 OC'd 4.4GHz
Motherboard - Asus M5A99X Evo R2.0
GPU - GTX 770

First stick of RAM was - G SKill Ripjaws X 4GB

After some time I needed another stick and newegg was out of stock at the time so I picked up a Corsair Vengeance Blue 4GB stick.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145346&cm_re=corsair_vengeance_blue-_-20-145-346-_-Product

Both sticks have the same specs:
DDR3 1600
9-9-9-24 Timings
CAS 9
1.5V

When I added the second stick everything booted up fine and it works. In cpu-z under memory the frequency is correct but the timings are not. Then under the SPD tab the G.skill stick has the proper speed and timings (800 MHz). The Corsair on the other hand is at 667 MHz. Including screenshots below.

Any idea what the problem is? Is cpu-z wrong or is there some setting I didn't change.

Thanks

Solution
Try them back at 1600 and manually set the timings to spec, add + 0.05 to the DRAM voltage and about the same to the CPU/NB voltage and think they will run 1600 at spec timings
