Added two sticks of Identicale Ram to build now wont get past Gigerbyte Dual Bios Screen (when it actually boots)

I'm really confused as to what to do. I tried it without the new Ram, I emptied out the case and tried booting with nothing in and then tried it with the new Ram. PC is now suddenly struggling to boot and cant get past Dual Bios blank blue screen.

Reset BIOS and install the origenal memory, boot to BIOS and add 0.02 volts to the memory, shut down, install new memory and try it again.
Even adding more of the exact memory is no guarantee it will work since the memory could of been made with different parts or suppliers of the parts.
