Adding 3rd HD to Dell XPS-T

I have a Dell Dimension XPS-T 700r. Right now it has a CD, CD-RW, and 2 IDE HD. The drive cage has room for at least one more HD. Can it be done without any hysterics or additional cards?

being an ex dell employee, I'd have to say, get some aspirin before trying. A pci HD controller will also be needed if you want to add a fifth drive to your machine (this is where the aspirin comes into play, since you probably have no irqs free to handle the card)
